The students were able to learn about the project the group is working on, as well as have a glimpse into the life and work of scientists. They also learnt about some mathematical concepts they will reencounter in their future science studies, which both of them are looking forward to pursue.
It is the 3rd year that the Centre de Recerca Matemàtica participates in the “INNOBAT” program in which researchers from the institution host High School students for an immersive experience, offering them a training that involves the student’s approach to real learning environments linked to their choice of baccalaureate and their study and professional orientation, bearing in mind that they are still in the process of deciding on higher studies.
It is a program proposed by the school and supported by CERCA.
