BGSMath is a thriving community with many researchers from diverse areas of Mathematics. One of its most dynamic sections is that of Junior Researchers, and for this reason, the organization of meetings to foster their interactions and to strengthen the ties among the BGSMath youngest members is one of the main objectives of this initiative.
More precisely, the purpose of these workshops is to give the opportunity for young researchers and PhD students to present their current research in a friendly and collaborative environment. Senior researchers are also invited to participate and give guidance for improvement.
Currently, we are planning to organize a couple of one-day meetings every year. If you are a Junior Researcher in the BGSMath, you are encouraged to participate. If you are already developing some research, you can come and present your work or that of your research group. If you are just starting (or you are an undergraduate student considering to start a PhD in math), come to meet people and get an idea of the different research lines in BGSMath.
