CRM visual kit
Email signature
Fill in your details, copy the signature and paste it into your email settings. The layout, logo and colours are fixed, so every CRM signature looks the same.
Preview
This is how it will look at the end of your emails.
Add it to your email
Copy the signature first, then follow the steps for the app you use. It takes a couple of minutes, and you only do it once on each computer.
New Outlook and Outlook on the web
- Click the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.
- Go to Accounts and then Signatures. On the web the menu is called Account.
- Add a new signature and name it, for example CRM.
- Click in the empty box and paste with Ctrl + V (Cmd + V on a Mac).
- Choose the signature for new messages and for replies and forwards, then click Save.
Classic Outlook for Windows
- Go to File, then Options, then Mail, and click Signatures.
- Click New, type a name such as CRM and click OK.
- Click in the Edit signature box and paste with Ctrl + V.
- Under Choose default signature, pick it for New messages and for Replies/forwards.
- Click OK.
Outlook for Mac
- In the menu bar, open Outlook, then Settings, and click Signatures.
- Click + to add a signature and give it a name.
- Click in the editing area, paste with Cmd + V, then save and close the editor.
- Under Choose default signature, pick it for new messages and for replies and forwards.
Apple Mail
- Open Mail, then Settings, and go to the Signatures tab.
- Select your CRM account in the left column and click + under the middle column.
- Untick Always match my default message font. If you skip this, Mail flattens the formatting.
- Click in the right-hand pane, delete what is there and paste with Cmd + V.
- Pick the new signature in the Choose signature menu at the bottom.
Mail can show the logo as a blank box in this window. It appears in the emails you send.
Thunderbird
- Use Copy HTML code, not Copy signature. Thunderbird wants the code.
- Open the menu (the three lines at the top right) and choose Account Settings.
- Select your CRM account and tick Use HTML under Signature text.
- Paste the code into the box. Thunderbird saves it straight away.
Gmail
- Click the gear icon at the top right and choose See all settings.
- In the General tab, scroll to Signature, click Create new and name it.
- Click in the box and paste with Ctrl + V (Cmd + V on a Mac).
- Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and for replies and forwards.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
