Due to the large number of registered participants, the organization has arranged an annex room (Pi i Sunyer conference room) from where Videoconferencing will be possible on Thursday morning and Friday both morning and afternoon. Seating in the main room will be at "first come first served" basis.​ On Thursday afternoon priority will be given to the first 90 registered participants.
