An introduction to Applied Mathematics

PRESENTATION

During this seminar series we will briefly introduce various techniques in applied mathematics. The lectures will be held at CRM once every two weeks.

The intention is to introduce the audience to a particular method, starting from the basics so that the methods are accessible to non-specialists. Each topic will cover a single 90 minute lecture.
GENERAL INFORMATION

Sessions will be usually from 11:30 to 13:00 on Wednesday every two weeks  in room C1/028.
Previously, from 11:00 to 11:30, we will have coffee and cookies.

Make sure to check any possible time and/or room changes above!

Co-ordinator: Tim Myers (tmyers@crm.cat)
