Indivisibility of relative class numbers via Galois deformations
Abstract: For a totally real field $F$ and an odd prime number $p$,
it is conjectured that there are infinitely many CM quadratic
extension of $F$ whose relative class number is not divisible by $p$.
I will discuss this problem for general totally real fields under a
weak hypothesis on $p$, using Galois deformations.
