§ Restrict your paper to a maximum of 15 pages, including references, figures and appendices.
§ Write the paper using Times 12-point font, 16-point line space, and 6 points between paragraphs; occupying a frame of 170 by 247 mm.
§ Write your footnotes using Times 10-point font.
§ Centre the title in capital letters, followed by the author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s) in italics.
§ Underline the name of the presenting author(s).
§ Begin the paper with two abstracts of up to ten lines in the languages (English, French or Spanish) not used in the text.
§ The written work presentation (transparencies, PowerPoint, etc.) supporting the oral presentation should be prepared in a conference language different from the one used in the oral presentation.
NOTE: Short communications up to 5 pages and with the same format will also be accepted. They provide a different way of presenting in process research projects.
