Cohomological characterization of vector bundle

In the lecture, we will generalize Beilinson’s spectral sequence to a more general set up and we will use it to show that Horrock's criterion for the splitting of vector bundles on $\PP^n$ can be extended to vector bundles on other projective varieties. Cohomological characterizations of vector bundles are also showed.
