On the geometric Iwasawa main conjecture
Let F be a function field in one variable with field of constant a finite field. Let A/F be an abelian variety. We will explain how syntomic cohomology is used to give partial answers to the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer and Iwasawa main conjecture.

Automorphic forms and p-adic L-functions over function fields
Starting with Tan and Teitelbaum's work in the '90s, automorphic forms were used to interpolate p-adic L-functions also in the function field case. The talks will aim to give an introduction to this circle of ideas, as well as to the relatexd subject of Stark-Heegner points in the function field case.
